Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Our extensions have a processing time of 5 business days (this does not include shipping times). Orders placed Monday-Thursday will being processing the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will process the following business day (Monday). Your order will begin to process on Tuesday if Monday is reserved for a holiday. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Your shipping and billing address must match. No exceptions.

Please note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are entered, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

All packages require a signature confirmation from USPS. If unavailable, USPS will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery.

Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive after it is shipped.

Please place your orders well in advance of any events or appointment to avoid inconveniences and cancellations.


Online Orders

For online orders, we only accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa as processed via PayPal method of payment.

Local Orders (Jamaica)

100% of the quoted price is required via bank transfer through National Commercial Bank (NCB) or Scotiabank before an order is processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for payment to be processed after which a confirmation will be sent to your email.

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Return/Refund Policy


At Go Luxe Beauty, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance by taking every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves from day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our workers and customers. Due to hygienic protocols, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. All items sent in error must be returned within 5 business days unaltered and with original packaging.


We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. All packages come with a tracking number once shipped.
