All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at goluxebeautyco@gmail.com. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.
As the situation with COVID-19 evolves from day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our workers and customers. Due to hygienic protocols, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. All items sent in error must be returned within 5 business days unaltered and with original packaging.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. All packages come with a tracking number once shipped.
